For all orders over 500pcs: Free setup 1 logo/artwork or 1 position (maximum 2 colors)
For orders less than 500pcs: $20 setup fee per 1 logo/artwork or 1 position (maximum 2 colors)
For other methods of logo customization which required expensive moulds, setup fee is:
• Photo Print $60USD • 2D-3D emblems (PVC badge) $45USD
• Laser engraving $50USD • 2D-3D Metal logo: $200USD
Packaging Requirements
Bestbags.vn free standard packing: Each item is put in a plastic bag with no tag or insert; 20-100 pieces in a 3-layer corrugated carton box seal by 4cm wide tape with no print or label. Other packaging options are available at additional costs.
Payments By bank transfer or cash with 30% Deposit required. Other international payment terms like Irrevocable L/C at sights applied to large order might be discussed and agreed.
Delivery Charges All promotional products orders are eligible for one free of charge delivery within HoChiMinh city. Delivery outside HoChiMinh city and international are available at additional cost. If you prefer we can book freight onto your own courier at your company account.
Samples
Free review of maximum 5 samples at your place within HoChiMinh city. Samples should be returned within 24 hours with Copy right agreement signed. Any un-returned sample will be charged at retail price or double Corporate price on our website.
1 free sample per order. For each new personalized sample, sampling fee will be $20USD if no order is placed.
